1) Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During sales or launches, processing may take longer.
2) Delivery options & ETA
We use reputable couriers. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days for major centres and 3–7 business days for outlying areas.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and not guarantees.
3) Shipping fees
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are non‑refundable unless otherwise required by law.
4) Address accuracy & re‑delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and a reachable phone number. Parcels returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address or failed delivery attempts may incur a re‑delivery fee.
5) Signature vs. Authority to Leave (ATL)
By default, a signature may be required. If you select Authority to Leave or request the parcel be left unattended, risk of loss or theft passes on the courier’s recorded delivery/scan and we are not liable thereafter.
6) Risk transfer & inspection window
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report visible damage within 48 hours (with photos). Concealed damage must be reported within 5 calendar days.
7) Lost‑in‑transit definition & remedy
A shipment will be treated as lost if there is no tracking update for 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international). Our remedy is, at our discretion, replacement or refund of the order value (excluding shipping unless required by law).
8) Optional shipping insurance
At checkout you may select shipping insurance (where available). If declined, compensation for loss/damage is limited to the courier’s standard liability.
9) Pre‑orders, backorders & split shipments
Orders containing pre‑order/backorder items ship when all items are ready, unless you choose split shipping at additional cost. Estimated availability dates are indicative and may change.
10) Temperature & product care
Some items (e.g., body butters) may soften/melt in hot weather; this does not affect use. Chill and re‑set if needed. We are not liable for heat exposure where expedited/temperature‑safer shipping was declined.
11) Dangerous/restricted items & carrier discretion
Carriers may refuse shipments that contravene transport restrictions. If a shipment is refused/returned for regulatory reasons outside our control, we will refund the product price less shipping/handling once received back in saleable condition.
12) International shipping (DDU)
International orders (if offered) ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are payable by the recipient. If refused/abandoned, we will refund the product price less outbound/return shipping once the parcel is returned to us.
13) Unclaimed/returned parcels
Unclaimed parcels or those returned after final courier attempt will be held for 14 days. We can re‑ship for a re‑delivery fee or refund the product price less shipping once returned and inspected.
14) Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, load‑shedding, carrier failures or network outages).
