Grace & Bloom Return & Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 October 2025

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Grace & Bloom through www.graceandbloom.co.za.

Due to the nature of our products, all returns are subject to the conditions below.

1. Hygiene and personal-care products

Grace & Bloom products include personal-care and hygiene items such as soaps, bath bombs, bath salts, body butters and related products.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any product that has been opened, used, damaged, tampered with, or removed from its original sealed packaging, unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied in terms of applicable law.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • unopened;
  • unused;
  • in its original sealed packaging;
  • in a resellable condition; and
  • returned with proof of purchase.

Grace & Bloom reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any refund, replacement or exchange.

2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email us at hello@graceandbloom.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photos of the product;
  • clear photos of the packaging.

This allows us to assess the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

3. Items not eligible for return

The following items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless defective or incorrectly supplied:

  • opened or used personal-care products;
  • products with broken seals or damaged packaging;
  • products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, neglect or failure to follow product instructions;
  • sale, clearance or final-sale items;
  • custom, personalised or made-to-order products;
  • gift cards.

4. Return process

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

To request a return, email hello@graceandbloom.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Unauthorised returns may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.

Products must be securely packaged for return. Grace & Bloom is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit where the customer arranges the return shipping.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied item.
